Notes on installation of high pressure hose joint
(1) the hose is neither bent nor bent at the root of the moving or stationary, or bent at least 1.5 times its diameter;
(2) when the hose moves to the extreme position, it should not be pulled too tight and should be more relaxed;
(3) avoid twisting deformation of hose;
(4) hose as far as possible from thermal radiation components, necessary fashion insulation board;
(5) the external damage of the hose should be avoided, such as the long-term friction on the surface of the workpiece in use;
(6) if there is excessive deformation caused by the dead weight of the hose, it should be supported.
